Another one bites the dust

Like many ultrarunners, I have 5 toenails in various stages of "reconstruction", including Mr. and Mrs. Big. I'm happy to report that my right #2 has decided to leave the nest. It's been making all the right motions since Saratoga 30k over a month ago, but it took 3 hours in a rain and mud soaked shoe for it to depart. It's holding on by just one end, but should be gone in a couple of days.

And then a new toenail! It's the circle of (idiot ultrarunner) life.
